Hello everyone and welcome to you all whether you are joining us for the first time or are a cherished member of our school community at KTJ. I am Ms. Emily Monaghan. I am thrilled to join you as the Assistant Head of Primary (head of Early Years and Curriculum and Assessment). My role involves a focus on designing and implementing a curriculum that meets the developmental needs of young children, fostering an environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. I work closely with Early Years practitioners to support their professional development, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure consistency in delivering high-quality education. Additionally, I monitor and evaluate the impact of our Early Years initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure that every child has a strong foundation for their future learning journey. I pride myself on getting to know each child individually and enabling them to find their love for learning and life through the journey of self discovery. Their happiness and growth is of the utmost importance.
